Once item is shipped please keep track with your package through USPS as we no longer have control.

Hair care maintenance can be found on the card received with your package. Please be sure when coloring hair to to see a professional! (processing time will change due to custom order)

Brooklyn Bell Virgin and Raw Extensions: All virgin extensions orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. All raw extension orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are recived. i do take orders by phone and salon walk in.processing time is 5-7 business days. shipping can be anywhere from 7-21 business days after processing time. IF YOU PURCHAS HAIR AND GET CONSTRUCTION ITS A FINAL SALE.

Brooklyn's Custom Units: BK unit construction and shipment time averages 15-30 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.no guaranteed on custom color i do my best to achieve the color or get close to color. some pictures can depend on if there are filters or light when pictures are taken of wig.)
